The man behind
the motion
I was thrown into the deep end at the very beginning of my career, having to learn on the job, and subsequently accelerating the knowledge of my craft and quickly acquiring new skills in a fast paced, professional kitchen.
My father, being a talented and experienced chef, taught me the fundamentals of cooking from a young age. I began working with him at 16, and by the time I was 19, I had established myself in my own right and assisted in the running of the family-owned restaurant. Fast forward 10 years, I have had the opportunity to work in multiple restaurants not only in the UK, but also in Australia.
Having developed my expertise with food, I have now progressed into the field of nutrition. Being responsible for coaching and training people throughout my career, this is where I have found my passion for teaching and helping people to succeed. My naturally friendly and approachable personality is key to my style of coaching, as I believe in providing a calm and relaxing environment to help encourage change.
